A knit cardigan dyed using the chusen method, a traditional Japanese technique in which color is poured through stacked layers of fabric so it penetrates both faces evenly rather than sitting on the surface. The process produces a soft, slightly uneven depth of tone across the knit and leaves the yarn with a supple, worn-in hand from first wear.
