State Property

State Property was founded in 2015 in Singapore by jeweler Lin Ruiyin, trained at Central Saint Martins in London, and industrial designer Afzal Imram, trained at the National University of Singapore, whose personal work has been exhibited in Milan, Paris and Singapore. The house pairs structured silhouettes in precious metals with the softer forms of the body, treating fine jewelry as wearable art shaped equally by design and traditional craftsmanship. Its pieces draw on culture, literature and history, reading as both architectural and personal.
