Anabela Chan founded her eponymous London jewelry house in 2013, arriving at jewelry after training as an architect and working with Richard Rogers and Alexander McQueen. Positioned as the first fine jewelry house to champion laboratory-grown and created gemstones, it sets them in gold vermeil alongside recycled aluminum refined from soda cans, cast through lost-wax casting at its London atelier into sculptural, color-driven designs. The approach pairs precious and man-made materials with equal craftsmanship, reframing what preciousness means in fine jewelry.
