Description

Victoria Cator creates this candle, evoking incense at dusk, chanting voices in an old monastery, and ramparts shaking as a train passes toward the Orient. Bare ankles brush through thyme and juniper, crushing a rose, as a taper flares toward the souk's bustle and barter. Spices, bergamot peel and tobacco mingle with eucalyptus, before scents settle in a copper bowl of potpourri.
