Description

Meriggio, the second candle in Santa Maria Novella's Candele delle Ore series, captures the hush of a Mediterranean midday, when heat settles and summer flowers reach their peak. Cypress, thyme and mountain pine open into rose wood and heliotrope before resolving into sweet woods and white musk.

Wrap a strip of paper around the base of the finger, mark where it meets and measure the length in millimetres. Match it to the circumference column. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger.
