Description

A cap knitted at a fine 15-gauge in a 2x2 rib. The narrow ribs run the full height of the crown, holding shape at the head while giving enough at the edge to sit close. The gauge is fine for a knit cap, which keeps the fabric light in the hand and close to the head rather than bulky.

How to measure

Wrap a strip of paper around the base of the finger, mark where it meets and measure the length in millimetres. Match it to the circumference column. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger.
