A conditioning balm-to-oil cleanser powered by BL+ COMPLEX™ designed to dissolve makeup, impurities, and daily pollutants while strengthening the skin barrier. BL+ Cleansing Balm contains bioactives that nourish skin, lashes, and brows as it transforms into a silky oil that lifts away buildup and rinses clean, leaving skin soft, refreshed, and radiant.

How to Use:

Use morning and evening as the first step in your regimen.
Apply to dry skin and massage gently over face, eyes, lashes, and brows to dissolve makeup and impurities.
Add warm water to emulsify, then rinse thoroughly.
Follow with treatment products and sun protection during the day.

Wrap a strip of paper around the base of the finger, mark where it meets and measure the length in millimetres. Match it to the circumference column. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger.
